Ingredients:
4 split chicken breasts
4 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons agave
A large pinch of cumin
Fresh ground pepper
For the toppings:
10 corn tortillas
2 limes cut into wedges
1 avocado
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, agave, cumin, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together. Pour over and under chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour. (over night would be better)
Preheat grill on medium high heat and grill chicken until done.
Assemble the toppings.
Place chicken on cutting board and slice thin.
Have everyone assemble their own tacos and dig in!
